7. IGA WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO REIMBURSE OVERTIME FOR HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA PARTICIPATION Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Maricopa County acting on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the State of Arizona through its Department of Public Safety (DPS) for reimbursement of overtime expenses relating to the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), Maricopa County Drug Suppression Task Force (MCDST). The term of this Agreement is January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. DPS will be a Subrecipient of HIDTA forfeiture funding, therefore indirect costs are not applicable. MCSO will reimburse overtime related to the HIDTA Maricopa County Drug Suppression Task Force, not-to-exceed $40,000. (C-50-13-077-G-00)
