19. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDING FROM THE OVERSIGHT COUNCIL ON DRIVING OR OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ABATEMENT FOR FY2014 Approve an Agreement with the Oversight Council on Driving or Operating Under The Influence Abatement and acceptance of $75,000 in grant funding. This grant program provides funds for two types of programs as authorized by A.R.S. §28-1303. The purpose of the funding awarded is for reimbursement of overtime costs associated with DUI Enforcement. The term of this funding is June 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. The Sheriff’s Office FY2014 indirect costs rate is 18.4%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this funding are estimated to be $13,800. (C-50-13-087-G-00)
