15. AGREEMENT WITH US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR THE DEA TASK FORCE FY2014 Approve the Task Force Agreement and acceptance of up to $51,607 in continued reimbursement funding from the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration. The term of this Agreement is September 30, 2013 through September 29, 2014. The Sheriff’s Office FY14 indirect cost rate is 18.4%. The unrecoverable indirect costs are estimated to be $9,495.69.
