18. SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT – REALLOCATION WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR THE 2011 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM, MCSO RRT - CBRNE RRT SCBA PROJECT – 888814-04 Approve a Subgrantee Agreement-Reallocation and acceptance of up to $30,793 in continued grant funding from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS) for the 2011 Homeland Security Grant Program, MCSO RRT (Rapid Response Team) - CBRNE (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive) RRT SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus) Project # 888814-04. The term of this award is July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2014 is 18.4%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this Agreement are estimated to be $5,665.91. Approval of this project will enable the Sheriff’s Office to replace part of the aging SCBA’s for the Rapid Response Teams. The requested equipment will give the MCSO RRT‘s greater capability to respond and mitigate incidents involving CBRNE and major response situations. (C-50-14-011-G-00)
