18. ACCEPT FUNDING FROM THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE FOR THE FY 2014 VICTIMS’ RIGHTS PROGRAM Approve the acceptance of $285,400 in grant funding from the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Victims’ Rights Program (VRP). The Award Agreement will be – A.G. # 2014-046. The term of this funding is July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. This amount represents an increase of $140,849 for the express purpose of establishing three new Justice System Clerk positions which will be established and filled as soon as possible for FY 2014. These positions are contingent upon funding from this program and will continue until no longer funded by the State. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2014 is 18.4%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this grant are estimated at $52,513.60. (C-50-14-018-G-00)
