17. AGREEMENT WITH THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR ORGANIZED CRIME DRUG ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCES (OCDETF) - FY2014 Approve the Agreement and acceptance of up to $272,614.70 in continued funding from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) Investigative/Strategic Initiative # SWAZP0661. The term of this Agreement is from October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2014 is 18.4%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this funding are estimated to be $35,363.89. There will be capital purchases ($80,419.67) that are not included in the indirect cost calculation.
