15. FY2014 MID-YEAR GRANT FUND RECONCILIATION Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106, approve appropriation adjustments resulting in net increases of $1,485,832 to revenue and expenditures in the Sheriff's Office (500) Grant Fund (251) operations (0000) budget. This amount is the net difference between the adopted revenue and expenditures appropriation and changes that have occurred since. Approval of this item will result in a revised FY 2014 Fund 251 appropriation of $10,051,340. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purposes of the constitutional expenditure limitation and, therefore, expenditure of the revenues is not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-1705. The Sheriff's Office FY 2013-14 indirect cost rate is 18.4%. Unrecoverable amounts on applicable indirect costs are addressed in each award acceptance agenda item. (C-50-14-046-M-00)
