23. COMPETITION IMPRACTICAL MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE TRAINING CENTER AV SYSTEM UPGRADES Approve a Competition Impractical Procurement, Maricopa County Procurement Code, MCI-351 in the amount of $190,509 with Technology Providers, Inc. to replace and upgrade the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) Training Center classroom lectern systems to digital components and connections. This vendor is the only one that can provide all of the equipment necessary to do a complete upgrade of the podiums to sufficiently meet internal compatibility issues with other existing hardware on site and that will meet on-going needs of the Training Center.
