20. SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT – REALLOCATION WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR THE 2012 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM Approve a Subgrantee Agreement-Reallocation and acceptance of up to $54,693 in continued grant funding from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS) for the 2011 Homeland Security Grant Program, MCSO CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive) SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus) Project # 999810-04. The term of this award is January 1, 2014 through July 31, 2014. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2014 is 18.4%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this Agreement are estimated to be $10,063.51. (C-50-14-051-G-00)
