12. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO FLEET Approve the following one-time addition to the Sheriff's Fleet: 1) Mitsubishi Green Forklift, Model: FG30K, Type: L.P. Serial # AF13D3558, valued at $3,500 to be used by Jail Food Services. This item was originally purchased in April 2001 with Jail Enhancement Funds (JEF) for inter facility transport while the detention construction was taking place and street vehicles could not be used; however, it was never added to the fleet. Approval of this item allows henceforth for repairs and maintenance to be performed by Equipment Services. This is a one-time addition to the fleet that will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general or detention fund for replacement. (C-50-14-061-M-00)
