PERMANENT TRANSFER AND CUSTODY OF CANINE Approve the permanent transfer and custody of retiring canine, Benny, to Deputy Trainee Dan Durand, A9288, who was previously Benny's handler in his role as an MCSO Detention Officer Canine Handler. Approval of this item allows this dog to become the personal property of Deputy Trainee Durand who will be required to complete the Canine Program Release and Indemnity Agreement.
