11. SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR THE 2013 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM, MCSO RRT CBRN SUSTAINMENT – 130814-01 Approve a Subgrantee Agreement and acceptance of up to $162,003 in continued grant funding from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS) for the 2013 Homeland Security Grant Program, MCSO RRT (Rapid Response Team) CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive) Sustainment Project #130814-01. The term of this award is October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2014 is 18.4%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this Agreement are estimated to be $29,808.55. (C-50-14-068-G-00)

20. AMENDMENT TO THE SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Subgrantee Agreement from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, Project # 130814-01. This amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement from September 30, 2014 until December 31, 2014. The original Agreement (C-50-14-068-G-00) was approved by the Board of Supervisors on April 23, 2014 with term of October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. This Amendment extends the project timeline enabling the Sheriff’s Office to complete its acquisition of equipment for the Rapid Response and CBRNE Team that will enhance their capabilities when responding to High Risk / All-Hazards Events.
