17. ONE-TIME ADDITIONS TO RICO FLEET Approve the following one-time additions to the Sheriff's RICO fleet: (1) One Carson Flatbed Trailer, black, VIN 4HXSU20218C138487 with an estimated value of $1,340 and (2) One 2001 Polaris ATV, VIN 4XACD32A11A361300 with an estimated value of $4,000. Each of these vehicles was seized during a special investigation and the Sheriff's Office has orders of forfeiture by the Court designating custody of these items to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (CV: 2011-014606 and CV 2014-000045). Annual operating and maintenance costs, estimated to be less than $1,000, will be funded by the Sheriff's RICO Fund (212). These vehicles will be retired at the end of their useful lives with no funding from the General Fund for their replacements. (C-50-14-073-M-00)
