16. DONATION OF INDUSTRIAL PORTABLE FAN COOLER TO M.A.S.H. Approve acceptance of a donation from Goettl Good Guys Air Conditioning Repairmen consisting of one industrial portable fan cooler AEROCOOL Master Blaster Model MB24, 6500 cfm that will provide evaporative cooling to the 1500 square foot animal exercise yard on the outside roof area at 102 W. Madison in Phoenix. The value of the unit is approximately $5,000. Facilities Management has been consulted and will work with the Sheriff's Office on the minor modifications to safely install this portable unit. Costs incurred during the FMD installation, if any, will be covered by the Sheriff's Donations Fund (203). This donation will provide a more tolerable environment for employees, inmates, and the Maricopa Animal Safe Hospice animals during the hot summer months. (C-50-14-082-M-00)
