21. IGA WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THE GANG & IMMIGRATION INTELLIGENCE TEAM ENFORCEMENT MISSION STATE GANG TASK FORCE Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Arizona Department of Public Safety and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and acceptance of up to $44,454 for fiscal year 2015. The Agreement designates one (1) non-P.O.S.T. certified officer to work under the direction of DPS and the Gang & Immigration Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission (GIITEM) State Gang Task Force. The term of this IGA is July 1, through June 30, and shall renew annually on July 1st for a period of time not-to-exceed five (5) years. This IGA will reimburse 75% of the officer’s payroll expenses. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2015 is 15.7%. The unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this IGA are estimated to be $6,979.28. (C-50-15-005-G-00)
