9. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH BULL H.N. Approve of a Sole Source procurement with BULL H.N. (14071-SS) to purchase licensing fees, administrative services, and hardware for the Sheriff's Office Jail Management System (JMS). Approval of this item will allow MCSO to continue operating the Jail Information Management System (JMS) using the current vendor. This procurement covers monthly licensing fees, yearly disaster recovery fees, and replacement of hardware that is no longer operative. The JMS application was written on a BULL operating system and no other vendor carries the compatible hardware or may issue the licensing fees needed for the program. Funding for this procurement was planned and budgeted for FY 2015. (C-50-15-014-M-00)

17. SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH ATOS IT SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES, INC. (FORMERLY BULL H.N.) Approve an Amendment to the Sole Source Contract by and between Maricopa County and Atos IT Solutions and Services, Inc. (formerly Bull H.N.) (08117-SS) for monthly licensing fees and services that extends the contract for one (1) year ending December 16, 2018. The value of this contract amendment is $2,539,597.19 which includes 10% for tax. This contract is necessary to support the Sheriff's Office Jail Management System (JMS). Approval of this item will allow MCSO to continue operating the Jail Information Management System (JMS) using the current vendor. This procurement covers monthly licensing fees, and yearly disaster recovery fees. Funding for this procurement was planned and budgeted for FY2018. The Sheriff’s Office must maintain the existing system until implementation of the new JMS system is complete. (C-50-15-014-M-01)

13.5%, or $7,830. The recoverable indirect cost of administering these additional grant funds is $0; the non-recoverable indirect cost is $7,830. Non-recoverable indirect costs will be covered by the departmental general fund budget. This grant is competitive and does not require a match or on-going cash contributions after the grant period end date.These additional funds are in the amount of $58,000. 13. AMENDMENT TO THE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH ATOS IT SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES, INC. Approve Amendment 3 to the Sole Source Contract by and between Maricopa County and Atos IT Solutions and Services, Inc. , formerly Bull H.N., (14071-SS) for monthly licensing fees and services that extends the contract for six (6) months through December 31, 2019. The value of this contract amendment is not to exceed $1,231,012.12, including Tax and Administrative Services charges This contract is necessary to support the Sheriff's Office Jail Management System (JMS). Approval of this item will allow MCSO to continue operating the Jail Information Management System (JMS) using the current vendor. This procurement covers monthly licensing fees, and yearly disaster recovery fees. Funding for this procurement is included in the FY 2020 Detention Fund (255) budget. The Sheriff’s Office must maintain the existing system until implementation of the new JMS system is complete. (C-50-15-014-M-03)
