16. EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS FOR UNDERCOVER VEHICLE FOR LAKE PATROL Approve per A.R.S. § 38-539.03, exemptions from markings and undercover license plate designations for the replacement of MCSO patrol vehicle #71829. This vehicle is used on various DUI and Aggressive Driver details where having an unmarked car improves criminal apprehension. The current vehicle that is being replaced is fully marked. Approval of this item authorizes Equipment Services to process the replacement vehicle into the fleet as an unmarked vehicle. (C-50-15-031-M-00)
