17. FACILITY USE AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN MARICOPA EDUCATION CENTER (WEST-MEC) Approve a non-exclusive revocable facility use agreement between Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office with the Western Maricopa Education Center (West-MEC), a public school district, for the sole purpose of conducting operations associated with Law Enforcement Explorer Post meeting and training events at least one night per week between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., occasional use of laboratory or other space as such space is mutually agreed to by the Parties, use of unreserved parking spaces in the parking lot at the Property for participants of the Law Enforcement Explorer Post events, use of storage space located in near proximity to the classroom and laboratory or other space for materials and equipment associated with conducting the Law Enforcement Explorer Post events. The property location is 6997 North Glen Harbor Boulevard, Glendale, Arizona. This agreement provides Maricopa County the right to access the Property and the Designated areas beginning October 2, 2014 for a term of one year. Either Party may terminate this agreement without cause with 120 days prior notice. Consideration for granting this Agreement is $1.00. (C-50-15-032-M-00)

11. AMENDMENT TO NON-EXCLUSIVE REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN MARICOPA EDUCATION CENTER FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement for Use of Real Property, P-50243, with Western Maricopa Education Center (West-MEC) to extend the term of the License Agreement for Law Enforcement Explorer Post (LEEP) use located at 6997 W. Harbor Glen Boulevard, Glendale, AZ. This amendment will extend the term of the Agreement one (1) year and update the County Real Estate Notice address. The new Agreement term, if approved, will be for 12 months commencing October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016. Cost to the County is nominal at $1.00. (C-50-15-032-M-01)

18. AMENDMENT TO NON-EXCLUSIVE REVOCABLE LICENCSE AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN MARICOPA EDUCATION CENTER Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2 to Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement for Use of Real Property P-50243 with Western Maricopa Education Center (West-MEC) to extend the term of the License Agreement for Law Enforcement Explorer Post (LEEP) is located at 6997 W. Harbor Glen Boulevard, Glendale, AZ. The new Agreement term will commence once signed by both parties and will be extended through June 30, 2018. In addition, approve the use of a new space located at the Northeast Campus located at 1617 Williams Drive, Phoenix, Arizona 85027. Cost to the County is nominal at $1.00 All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect. (C-50-15-032-M-02)

AMENDMENT TO NON-EXCLUSIVE REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN MARICOPA EDUCATION CENTER Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 3 to Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement for Use of Real Property, P-50243, with Western Maricopa Education Center (West-MEC) to extend the term of the Agreement for Law Enforcement Explorer Cadets Post (LEEP) program to continue at two West-MEC locations, 6997 W. Harbor Glen Boulevard, Glendale and 1617 W. Williams Drive, Phoenix. The amendment will extend the term, to commence July 1, 2018 and remain in effect until terminated by either Party with 120-day notice to the other. Cost to the County is $1.00 (One Dollar) per year.
