7. AGREEMENT FROM THE ARIZONA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION FOR THE RESIDENTIAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT PROGRAM Approve the Agreement and acceptance of $60,998 in grant funding from the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC) for the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Grant Program (RSAT) Agreement Number RSAT-15-005. The term of this funding is January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY15 is 15.7%; the unrecoverable indirect cost associated with this grant is $9,576.69. There is a 25% match requirement ($15,250) that will be funded by Sheriff’s Office Inmate Services Fund (252). (C-50-15-049-G-00)
