13. ONE-TIME ADDITIONS TO RICO FLEET AND EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS Approve two one-time additions to the Sheriff’s RICO fleet of one 2000 Peterbilt Semi Tractor, valued at approximately $30,000, and one 1999 Great Dane Trailer, valued at $5,000. These items were seized in RICO operations and awarded by the Courts for Sheriff's Office use. They will be used in special investigations undercover operations. Annual operational costs, which will be funded through RICO (212), are anticipated to be $4,000. These items will be retired at the end of useful life with no funding from the General Fund for replacement. Also approve per A.R.S. 38-538.03 exemption from markings and deep undercover registration and plates. (C-50-15-050-M-00)
