11. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO FLEET OF REDLINED VEHICLE Approve a one-time addition to fleet of a redlined 2000 Ford Econoline van, Equipment #31038, to Laundry Services to be used for daily operations. The vehicle is valued at $2,196 per Kelly Blue Book and will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the detention fund for its replacement. This is a detention fund purchased vehicle and was red lined for age after use by Juvenile Detention. Annual operating costs are estimated to be $1,500. The vehicle currently has 58,580 miles.
