19. MODIFICATION TO IGA WITH U.S. MARSHALS SERVICE Approve modification No. 18 to the IGA between Maricopa County and the U.S. Marshals Service (Federal Government). The purpose of this modification is to add restrictive housing instructions to the statement of work. The last such modification on record was agenda #C-50-15-066-M-00, dated March 11, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the IGA document remain unchanged. This modification states it does not require signature of local agency. (C-50-15-066-M-01)
