13. IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE TO REIMBURSE OVERTIME FOR HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA PARTICIPATION Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) in the amount of $60,000 between the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors acting on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the City of Buckeye acting on behalf of the Buckeye Police Department, for reimbursement of overtime expenses relating to the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), Maricopa County Drug Suppression Task Force (MCDST). The term of this Agreement is January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016. The Buckeye Police Department will be a subrecipient of HIDTA forfeiture funding, therefore indirect costs are not applicable. MCSO will reimburse overtime related to the HIDTA Maricopa County Drug Suppression Task Force. (C-50-15-075-G-00)
