14. IGA WITH SUN CITY WEST FIRE DISTRICT FOR USE OF OFFICE SPACE Approve Intergovernmental Agreement G-30184 with The Sun City West Fire District (District) allowing County use of office space for deputies and other personnel of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office within the District’s Fire Station 104 at 24930 N. 119th Avenue in Sun City. This IGA allows MCSO’s use of approximately 154 square feet of space within Office #105 (Premises) at Fire Station 104 as well as use of the common area kitchen and rest rooms. The County will be responsible for all voice-data-video services to the Premises, which are expected to be minimal and include a LAN connection and telephone ground line, as well as all furniture and fixtures for the Premises which will be obtained through surplus. The District will be responsible for all costs for operation and maintenance of the Premises and common areas. The term of the agreement will be through July 1, 2025. Either party may terminate the IGA with 180-day prior written notice. (C-50-15-102-M-00)
