15. ONE TIME ADDITION TO RICO FLEET Approve a one time addition to the Sheriff's RICO fleet of a vehicle seized in a narcotics investigation and awarded by the Court as a forfeiture for Sheriff's Office use. The estimated value of this vehicle is $16,000 and annual operating expenses are estimated at $3,500, to be supported by the RICO budget. Also, approve and exemption from markings and the issuance of undercover plates as this vehicle will be used in undercover crime investigations. Approval of this action does not increase the overall fleet. This vehicle replaces RICO vehicle 387 which was totaled in an accident in early May and will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the General Fund for its replacement.
