20. ONE TIME ADDITIONS TO RICO FLEET AND EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND LICENSE PLATES Approve one-time additions to the Sheriff’s RICO fleet of two trailers. These items, a 2013 black utility trailer valued at approximately $500 and a 2013 white enclosed trailer valued at approximately $850, were seized during a narcotics investigation and have been ordered by the Court for forfeiture. The trailers will be used for undercover investigative purposes. Also approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemption from markings and undercover Arizona registration and license plates. Any operational costs for will be funded through RICO (Fund 212). These vehicles will be retired at the end of their useful life with no funding from the general fund for replacement. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO ONE-TIME ADDITION TO SHERIFF’S RICO FLEET Approve an administrative correction to a one-time addition to the Sheriff’s RICO fleet approved by the Board on June 24, 2015 (C-50-15-108-M-00). This administrative correction changes the year of the white trailer from 2013 to 2012. (C-50-15-108-M-01)
