16. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR VMWARE ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENT In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following amendments to the FY 2016 Budget: a) Approve an operating fund transfer of $322,938 from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (500) General Fund (100) to Non Departmental (470) Capital Lease Debt Service (321). b) Increase the revenue budget in Non Departmental (470) Capital Lease Debt Service (321) Operating (0000) by $322,938. c) Approve corresponding offsetting expenditure and revenue budget adjustments in Eliminations (980) Eliminations Fund (900) Operating (0000) in the amount of $(322,938). d) Increase the budget and expenditure authority for Non Departmental (470) Capital Lease Debt Service (321) VMWare Non Recurring (VMW1) in the amount of $322,938. e) Increase revenue budget for the proceeds of debt service lease and increase expenditure authority in Non Departmental (470) Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) VMWare Non Recurring (VMW1) in the amount of $1,544,145. f) Decrease the budget and expenditure authority for Non Departmental (470) Non Departmental Grants (249) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the amount of $1,544,145. This action moves funding from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (500) Operating (0000) budget to the Capital Lease Debt Service Fund (321) for VMWare Enterprise License agreement yearly payments and adjusts the budget for the proceeds from financing and the purchase of the VMWare for MCSO.
