17. TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF RETIRING CANINE TO FORMER HANDLER Approve the transfer of ownership of a retiring canine, Sham K-116, to its former handler, Deputy C. Osborn S#1232. This action requires unanimous approval of the Board. Approval of this item allows a canine that is being retired to become the personal property of Deputy C. Obsorn, who will be required to sign the Canine Program Release and Indemnity form. (C-50-16-018-M-00)
