APPROVAL OF US FOREST SERVICE DE-OBLIGATION AND CLOSEOUT FORM Approve the De-obligation and Closeout Request Form as Cooperator on behalf of the MCSO for Agreement 16-LE-11031200-005, approved January 06, 2016, in BOS action C-50-16-055-G-00, with a Term end of December 31, 2020.
