13. EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF UNDERCOVER LICENSE PLATES FOR SHERIFF'S OFFICE DETECTIVE REPLACEMENT VEHICLES Approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemptions from markings and the issuance of undercover license plates for 25 replacement vehicles going into service for the Sheriff's Office. The vehicles will be used for undercover functions. The list is on file in the Clerk of the Board's office and retained in accordance with LAPR approved retention schedule. (C-50-16-092-M-00)
