19. RESCIND AND REPLACE ACTION TO AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF PARADISE VALLEY FOR THE USE OF THE ARIZONA AUTOMATED FINGERPRINT IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM Rescind and replace action taken on the IGA for AZAFIS taken by the Board of Supervisors on 5/24/16 under C-50-16-096-3-00 and replace with this motion: Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Town of Paradise Valley and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office for the purpose of use of the Arizona Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AZAFIS) Full Access System Terminal (FAST) site at the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. This agreement is a condition of MCSO’s “ARIZONA AUTOMATED FINGERPRINT IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM (AZAFIS) USER AGREEMENT,” DPS Contract No. 2008-303, approved in agenda C-50-08-055-2-00. This Intergovernmental Agreement is non-financial and is effective from September 1, 2016 until termination upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party or in any case where MCSO would no longer be designated as an AZAFIS FAST site by the AZAFIS Advisory Board.
