19. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE PROCUREMENT WITH IMAGEWARE SYSTEMS, INC. FOR MUGSHOT SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Approve a Competition Impracticable Procurement, Maricopa County Procurement Code, MCI-351, in the amount of $200,000, with ImageWare Systems, Inc., for the term of two years to provide maintenance renewal of the Imageware Software for the Sheriff's Office existing Mugshot system. This company currently maintains the Sheriff’s Office mugshot system and ImageWare is the only vendor that can perform this service. (C-50-16-113-M-00)
