18. IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR DETENTION ACADEMY TRAINING Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Phoenix and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office, in the not-to-exceed amount of $150 per academy participant. The purpose of this IGA is to allow City of Phoenix Detention recruits to attend Sheriff’s Detention Training Academies. This IGA is effective from June 1, 2016 until June 30, 2020. The Sheriff's Office conducts several detention academies throughout the year. The cost is for supplies. (C-50-16-115-3-00)
