12. IGA WITH GILA COUNTY FOR DETENTION ACADEMY TRAINING Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Gila County and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office, in the not-to-exceed amount of $150 per participant. The purpose of this IGA is to allow Gila County detention recruits to attend Sheriff’s Detention Training Academies. This IGA is effective from June 1, 2016 until June 30, 2020. The Sheriff's Office conducts several detention academies throughout the year. The cost is for supplies. (C-50-16-117-3-00)

30. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION REGARDING THE IGA WITH GILA COUNTY FOR DETENTION ACADEMY TRAINING Approve the administrative correction to the action taken by the Board on August, 17, 2016, C-50-16-117-3-00 that approved an Intergovernmental Agreement between Gila County and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office. The purpose of this IGA is to allow Gila County detention recruits to attend Sheriff’s Detention Training Academies with the term effective June 1, 2016 until June 30, 2020. The purpose of this administrative correction is to correct the term expiration date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2019. (C-50-16-117-3-01)
