28. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO RICO FLEET, EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF UNDERCOVER REGISTRATION AND LICENSE PLATES Approve a one-time addition to the Sheriff's RICO fleet. This vehicle, valued at $12,000, was seized during a fraud investigation and has been ordered by the Court for forfeiture. The vehicle will be used for undercover investigative purposes. Also approve per A.R.S. 38-538.03 exemption from markings and undercover Arizona registration and license plates. Operational costs, which will be funded through RICO (Fund 212), are anticipated to be $5,500 plus there will be a one-time lien payoff of $247.58. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life and processed according to forfeiture guidelines with no funding from the general fund for its replacement. (C-50-17-019-M-00)
