12. IGA WITH CITY OF MESA FOR DETENTION ACADEMY TRAINING Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Mesa and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office in the not-to-exceed amount of $150 per academy participant. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to allow City of Mesa Detention recruits to attend Sheriff’s Detention Training Academies. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from September 1, 2016 until June 30, 2020. (C-50-17-024-3-00)
