21. ONE TIME ADDITION TO FLEET OF REDLINED VEHICLE Approve a one-time addition of one (1) red-lined vehicle #711137, an unmarked 2011 Ford Escape 4X4. Annual operating and maintenance costs are estimated at $1,850 to be paid out of the general fund. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general fund for its replacement. This vehicle will be used as a pool car by the Sheriff's Pre-Employment Division, located at the MCSO Training Center, to travel offsite to pick up applicant polygraph exams, travel to recruitment event sites, and for inter facility travel. The trips generally include transporting boxes of support materials. The vehicle will have minimal markings which include the County Seal and the Sheriff's Office name. (C-50-17-039-V-00)
