27. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF RETIRING K-9 Approve the transfer of ownership of retiring K-9 Bo, #K108, to his handler Deputy Christopher Dauch #S1356. Bo is nine (9) years old and has continuing medical concerns which have resulted in performance decline and increased veterinary costs. THIS ITEM REQUIRES A UNANIMOUS VOTE OF THE BOARD.
