20. HOSPITAL TRAINING AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH HONOR HEALTH Approve an Agreement between Honor Health and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office, for the purpose of providing on-site clinical experiences with Honor Health for Sheriff’s Office Deputies seeking EMT training. This Agreement is non-financial and is effective March 23, 2016 and upon execution by all parties. The term ends March 22, 2019. This agreement may be renewed for two additional three (3) year renewal periods upon written agreement of the Parties. Parties may terminate the Agreement for any reason with sixty (60) days written notice. (C-50-17-047-3-00)
