13. ONE TIME ADDITIONS TO RICO FLEET AND EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS Approve the following one-time additions of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) to the Sheriff’s RICO fleet: one (1) 2008 Honda Foreman valued at $3,740 and one (1) 2014 Honda Foreman valued at $7,349. These vehicles were seized during an MCSO investigation and have been ordered by the Court for forfeiture and will be used for special investigative purposes. Also approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemption from markings and deep undercover registration. Operational costs, which will be funded through RICO (Fund 212), are anticipated to be $2,000 annually. These vehicles will be retired at the end of their useful lives with no funding from the general fund for replacement. (C-50-17-050-V-00)
