14. PERMANENT ADDITION TO FLEET AND EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS Approve the permanent addition to fleet of one 4-door Sedan, valued at $37,565 for the purpose of providing transportation for the Professional Standard Bureau, which periodically includes felony investigations or activities of a confidential nature. Funding for this vehicle is Sheriff's Office (D500), General Fund (100). Also approve exemptions from markings in accordance with A.R.S. §38-538.03. Annual operating and maintenance costs are estimated at $5,000 to be paid out of 5021. A detailed cross-referenced list of vehicle identification numbers is kept on file in the Clerk of the Board’s Office and retained in accordance with ASLAPR approved retention schedule. The acquisition of this vehicle is necessary to meet Court Monitor recommendations. (C-50-17-053-V-00)
