ONE TIME ADDITION TO RICO FLEET, EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF DEEP UNDERCOVER REGISTRATION Approve a one-time addition to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) RICO fleet of a vehicle seized during an MCSO investigation that has been ordered by the Court for forfeiture and will be used for special investigative purposes. Also approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03, exemption from markings and deep undercover registration. This vehicle has an estimated value of $4,500 and estimated annual operating costs of $3,500 that will be supported by the RICO (Fund 212). This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general fund for replacement. (C-50-17-080-V-00)
