13. IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR SHARING INFORMATION USING A REGIONAL ELECTRONIC GEOSPATIAL PLATFORM Approve a non-financial Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Phoenix on behalf of the Police Department (PPD), Fire Department (PFD) and the Phoenix Homeland Defense Bureau/Office of Emergency Management (POEM) and Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). The purpose of this agreement is to enhance the effectiveness of public safety agencies through the sharing of data related to public safety incidents, crime, and criminal activities through a regional electronic geospatial platform. This agreement will be effective upon approval and will remain in effect for three (3) years with options to extend for two additional three (3) year terms, for a total of nine (9) years unless terminated sooner.
