IGA AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICT DBA MARICOPA COUNTY INTEGRATED HEALTH SYSTEM FOR RE-LINK PROGRAM Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Maricopa County Integrated Health System (MIHS) and Maricopa County. This IGA will allow Maricopa County to refer and share private health information and criminal justice information for releasing inmates into the MIHS Re-Link program. The term of the IGA will be for five (5) years beginning on the date of Board approval through January 11, 2021 unless otherwise terminated per the written terms of the IGA. (C-50-17-088-3-00)
