14. IGA WITH MOHAVE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE FOR DETENTION ACADEMY TRAINING Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Mohave County Sheriff’s Office and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office, in the not-to-exceed amount of $150 per academy participant. The purpose of this IGA is to allow Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Detention recruits to attend Maricopa County Sheriff’s Detention Training Academies. This IGA is effective from May 1, 2017 until June 30, 2020. The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office conducts several detention academies throughout the year. The cost is for supplies.
