PEPPERBALL LAUNCHER TRADE-IN Pursuant to the Maricopa County Procurement Code, MC1-803, approve the trade-in of thirty (30) non-functioning SA200 Pepperball Launchers for a credit of $26 each and a total value of $780. These items are obsolete with replacement parts that are difficult to locate and expensive. The trade-in credit will be used toward a purchase of more modern replacement devices that will be purchased this fiscal year. A list of the serial numbers for the items being traded is attached.
