14. FACILITY USE NON-EXCLUSIVE REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SADDLE MOUNTAIN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Approve a Facility Use Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement (P-50309) between Maricopa County and Saddle Mountain Unified School District for Use of Real Property at the Winter's Well Elementary School Campus. The property is located at 35220 West Buckeye Road in Tonopah, Arizona. Maricopa County Sheriff's Office will utilize Room 107 of the property for the purpose of operating an administrative support office to deputies. The term of this Agreement will begin upon execution and will be effective for five (5) years with three (3) automatic renewals for one (1) year terms. This license provides Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) the use of office space for the purpose of conducting operations associated with MCSO administrative support twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week in which the premises may be used along with the use of any of the parking spaces in the parking lot. The license is non-exclusive revocable for any reason with a 60-day written notice. (C-50-17-103-L-00)
