MOU BETWEEN THE MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF AND THE MARICOPA COUNTY ATTORNEY FOR SHARING LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION (AZLINK) Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the Maricopa County Sheriff and the Maricopa County Attorney. The purpose of this MOU is to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement to respond to criminal threats by increasing information sharing related to crime and criminal activities among federal, state, local and tribal law enforcement partners. This Memorandum of Understanding is non-financial and is effective from the day it is fully executed and will continue until June 30, 2026 or until either agency provides sixty (60) days prior written notice with intent to terminate.
