EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF UNDERCOVER LICENSE PLATES FOR REPLACEMENT DETECTIVE VEHICLES Approve per A.R.S. §38-538.03 exemptions from markings and undercover license plate designations for four (4) regularly scheduled county fleet replacement vehicles assigned to detectives in the Sheriff’s Office Investigations and Intelligence Bureau. Board approval for exemption from markings is vehicle specific, good for one year, and does not automatically transfer to replacement vehicles.
