12. MOU BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE AND ADULT PROBATION REGARDING PROPERTY Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff's Office and Adult Probation Department (APD). The purpose of this MOU is to formalize the relationship between the Sheriff’s Office and Adult Probation regarding property obtained by APD employees in the course of their duties that is stored by the Sheriff’s Property and Evidence Division. This Memorandum of Understanding is non-financial. It is effective October 1, 2017 and will continue until June 30, 2023 unless terminated by either party with a ten (10) day notice.
